Cancellation Policy
At Inner Glo LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Cancellations or Reschedules: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 35% of the service cost.
• No-Show Appointments: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
This policy allows us to maintain the high-quality service our clients deserve by giving us the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
